We have found selections of what we feel are quite possibly the most pretentious Hollywood homes for your visual delectation.

1 – John Travolta’s Airport Home

Here is the lovely John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston, and below are the images of their aviation themed house.

At first glance you could mistake this house for an airport given that there are planes parked halfway into the living room. But as you can see it has a living room and dining room, I wonder if at anytime during the houses decoration he thought “maybe that’s enough planes now?”

2 – Oprah’s Winfrey’s Death Star

This is one of Oprah’s many houses, this reminds me of the scene in star wars when Obi-Wan says “That’s no moon. It’s Oprah Winfrey’s house”. This place is colossal, as you can see it would take most of the day to simply walk across the lawn.

3 – Micheal Jackson’s fantasy island

Of course we couldn’t have a list of crazy celebrity houses without including the late Michael Jackson. Michael’s house boasted a full size fair ground and its own railway.

4 – Simon Cowell’s new pad – has it got the X Factor?

Mr Cowell, well Simon has been busy recently buying his new pad and so we thought that we would give you a glimpse of it.

5 – Will Smiths beach hut love nest

Will Smith is probably the next U.S senator but until then, he’ll make movies and chill out in his beach party style mansion thingy. It is an unusual piece of architecture, kind of a cross between contemporary Spanish and a sand castle.
